Lifetime Warranty

There are a few limitations to our warranty:

• All manufacturing defects are covered under free repair service within the first one year of ownership (this does not include physical damage or replacement of focal stones). After one year of ownership, a small labor and/or materials fee will apply for repair services.
  
  

  • Physical damage to the ring is not covered under our warranty. However, we can arrange the repair through our authorized jeweller at a minimal cost.

• Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance in your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
  
  
• Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
  
  
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.
  
  Please Note: Clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece.
  
  
• Resizing: At Violet Jewels, we understand the importance of a perfect fit when it comes to your jewelry, especially rings. That’s why we offer free ring resizing within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we continue to provide a resizing service at a minimal cost to ensure your ring fits comfortably and beautifully.
  
  
• Resizing Limitations: Rings can be resized to either increase or decrease by a maximum of one full size.
  
  
• Resizing beyond this range may compromise the integrity and aesthetics of the piece and, therefore, cannot be accommodated
  
  
• Exceptions: Full Eternity Rings: Rings featuring a shank adorned with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Instead, customers are encouraged to exchange the ring for the correct size. Our customer service team is happy to assist with this process.
  
  
• Plain Gold Bands: In some cases, if resizing is not ideal, we may offer an exchange for an identical ring in your size instead. This is only applicable for plain gold bands without any stones. The exchanged ring will be handcrafted from scratch, ensuring the same quality and craftsmanship.
  
  
• Resizing Costs & Shipping: Resizing is not free; however, we offer it at a minimal cost. Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways. For international customers, this includes customs fees.
  
  
• If you wear fine jewelry daily, a little wear and tear are normal. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece. If you need repairs that go beyond what’s needed for normal wear and tear, we’ll let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your service.
  
  
• Repairs or polishing by third-party jewelers.

Please Note: The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.
